MODEL / FLY MAXWELL

Explore the place.
From more than one angle.

Explore property surfaces as a connected scene. Fly Maxwell uses planned aerial capture and Polycam reconstruction to bring roofs, facades and surrounding context into an explorable visual reference.

FLY MAXWELL CAPTURE / RECONSTRUCTION BY POLYCAM

Capture the surfaces that matter.

A useful reconstruction starts with coverage. Roofs, facades, edges and surroundings need shared features across well-planned views. Light, access, vegetation and reflective surfaces influence what can be captured.

Choose the model around its use.

An explorable visual model, a textured mesh and a measurement workflow are different project conversations. Discuss the recipient’s software, the level of detail and the output formats before selecting the capture and processing method.

Keep appearance and measurement separate.

A realistic texture can make a model easy to understand without proving its geometry. Review gaps, surface quality, scale and referencing against the intended use. Our Polycam guide explains one tool within that wider workflow.

CAPTURE → CONTEXT → A USEFUL RECORD

A flight ends.
The record keeps working.

Bradley uses Liberty Shield Hub to connect property imagery, 3D viewing resources, thermal documentation and reviewed reports. See how that workflow helps the next conversation—and the next visit.
