CAPTURE → CONTEXT → A USEFUL RECORD

A flight ends.
The record keeps working.

Bradley uses Liberty Shield Hub to connect property imagery, 3D viewing resources, thermal documentation and reviewed reports. See how that workflow helps the next conversation—and the next visit.

ACTUAL THERMAL CAPTURE / ROOF SURFACE

THERMOGRAPHY / A CORE CAPABILITY

There’s more
to the picture.

Visible light shows appearance. Thermal imagery shows surface temperature patterns. Together, they help frame better questions about a building, an asset or a search area.

Start with the building.

Document patterns across a roof or exterior and give the next investigation a more focused starting point. Conditions and qualified interpretation are part of the plan.

FROM THE QUESTION TO THE FILE

What should the
work help you do?

Compare a starting point, learn its limits and build a brief when you are ready.

INSPECTION / VISUAL RECORD

Put the visible details in context.

Combine a property overview with selected roof and exterior views so the reviewer can place each detail.

A starting deliverable

  • Overview and detail photographs
  • Area-based organization and captions by scope
  • Agreed formats for your team’s review

Imagery supports review; it does not replace an engineering assessment or hands-on inspection.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO FINISHED FILES

Clear scope.
Purposeful flight.
Useful delivery.

A professional process should make your next step easier.

  1. 01

    Define the result

Tell us the location, audience, questions and deadline. We agree the coverage and deliverables before the shoot.

  2. 02

    Plan the capture

Work through access, permissions, airspace, light and weather. Thermal capture is planned around the conditions it needs.

  3. 03

    Put it to work

Receive the agreed imagery in an organized format for your project, presentation or next professional review.

BEFORE WE FLY

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Work directly with Bradley to shape the project.

Plan your project
What does a project cost?

Pricing follows the work: location, coverage, deliverables, editing, visit frequency and travel. Share the goal and timing so we can put together a defined scope and quote.

What will I receive?

Choose a photo set, edited video, thermal imagery, recurring progress updates or a combination. The proposal confirms formats, coverage, editing, usage and delivery timing before the flight.

Do you work outside Omaha?

Yes. Fly Maxwell is Omaha-based, working also in Florida and other locations. Travel expenses and availability are discussed with each project.

Can thermal imagery prove a roof leak?

No. A thermal pattern may suggest an area worth investigating, but does not by itself establish moisture, cause or damage. Conditions and material behavior matter, and findings may need confirmation by a qualified professional.

What affects scheduling?

Airspace, permissions, access, weather and the purpose of the imagery determine when a flight can happen. Thermal work may need a particular time of day or conditions. We confirm those details before scheduling.

THE NEXT MOVE IS YOURS

Share the place, the question and the result you need. We’ll work through the right capture, files and timing.
